Discounts for longer stays are available. A week is around $A 1800, even less if it's not peak season. Peak season is December, January, and Easter. June and Oct long weekends require a three night minimum. This includes utilities, and towels and sheets laundry service upon departure. A bond, in the form of signed credit card slip will be required, as will ID. A comprehensive service guide to the property is on site. We ask that you leave Emerald as you found it.
