Sleeps 5 - 7 people comfortably across four rooms
One double bed, 2 single beds, one very comfy double sofa bed and a single bed in
its own room. Electric blankets.
Two bathrooms, each with shower and toilet, one with bath
Dishwasher, oven, gas range, microwave. Fully eqipped kitchen.
Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Gas BBQ. Outdoor and indoor dining settings.
Huge High Def TV with CD and DVD player.
Heaters and fans. Plenty of fridge space. No phone, you wont need it.
Pets are OK too, but no cats please as it's a bird sanctuary.
Fully fenced yard, but do note there is a stand alone cabin used as an artist space
occassionally, however its part of the vibe and doesnt impact on your enjoyment !

This is one of the few PB properties that includes towels and linen.
